This is a Meditation you can do
anytime to feel calm AF.
No really, without a care in the world, all your problems will
disappear forever, and you’ll receive all the money you’ve ever
wanted. And the perfect partner. And job. Okay, maybe
not.
What you CAN hope for is to feel a bit calmer. A bit more grounded.
Especially right now, when the world is going through, a lot. Maybe
you are too. And if you practice Meditation every day, it will
change your life.
But let’s start with today, shall we? It’s around 13 Minutes. You
can do it. Stick with it. I believe in you.
